About Me
I help people move forward. Whether you're navigating a career transition, seeking clarity on what's next, or working toward specific goals that matter to you, I bring a practical, solution-focused approach to coaching that's grounded in both real-world leadership experience and therapeutic training.
My path to coaching has been anything but conventional. I spent three decades in technology leadership roles - first as Technical Director for an online information company from 1986 to 1998, then as Group IT Manager for an international manufacturing company until 2016. In these roles, I learned what it takes to solve complex problems, lead teams through change, and deliver results under pressure.
But I've always been drawn to understanding what makes people tick and how they can move past obstacles to achieve what matters most to them. In 2011, I qualified as a Person Centred counsellor and therapist, and then addred specializing in Solution Focused Brief Therapy in 2019.
Since then, I've worked with clients to help them find clarity, build on their strengths, and create meaningful change in their lives.
Over time, I noticed something: my work was naturally evolving into coaching, particularly with clients who were ready to move forward with specific goals. This goal-oriented work is where I thrive, and it's what led me to formally launch my coaching practice in 2026.
What I bring to coaching is unique - the strategic, practical mindset of a technology leader combined with the listening skills and solution-focused techniques of a trained therapist. I understand both the technical challenges of professional life and the human elements that can hold us back or propel us forward.
If you're ready to clarify your goals and take practical steps toward them, I'd love to work with you.
